Oh the ignominy!

I see evidence of a furry creature…

Giles likes the snow, I think. He hopped in it and tasted it.

My brother and then Mr. Frog threw snowballs at Giles. :(

My brother pretends to be afraid of Giles, but he’s flown out to visit him THREE times in the past year. And how many times did he fly out to visit me the ten years I’ve lived away from California before? ONCE! He totally likes Giles but won’t admit it. As you can imagine, Giles loves him without bashfulness.

Looking out the window again.
My brother is arriving at 6 am Monday. SO SOON! I’m doing laundry, vacuuming Giles detritus from the floor, and washing dishes. Then I’ll go play librarian for a couple hours before heading off to a birthday party this evening. I am in charge of picking up a Mocha Fudge Cream Torte from Cafe Latte. I’ve had their Tres Leches cake, and it is DIVINE. I must try their cupcakes soon.

Do I have to burn down this coffee shop???

Possibly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. It’s essentially a bowl cut if I leave my hair down without any styling product.
